WE ARE LIVING in a world of stress, strain and tension. When there is accumulation of tension in the mind,
the body will naturally become fatigued. Gradually it will be impossible to carry out our daily life in an

actions effectively he should be free from tensions of the mind and physical fatigues.
IF WE ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF this, it will inevitably end up in sickness, both physical and mental and
gradually we will ruin our precious opportunity to be here to experience, understand and feel the innate
EVERY MOMENT YOU LIVE every action you do, is self-contained. It has nothing to do with the past. No
action either happens in past or in the future. It always proceeds moment by moment. Living moment by
moment is the reward of life. Life is a continuous flow. You are certainly part of this flow. You don't
need to try to be a part of this flow. You are! The moment you realize it - you are the flow of existence.
That is a celebration by itself!

Regular practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation will help you to
perform your daily activities with vigour, vitality and a sense of fulfilment. In meditation the meditator
stays in a fourth dimension of consciousness other than the familiar waking, dreaming and sleeping states.
He is in a state of restful alertness. In meditation he is fully aware of his own natural state! In this
state he is unified and integrated with the witness within.
